Staying up late a glimpse of Santa to see.

Ron the littlest hid under the tree.

He looked like a doll, a gift you see.

Ryan so bold took the side of a chair,

And stared at the fireplace with a constant glare.

Rachel a bit meeker took the furthest chair.

She didn't want Santa to see her down there.

Hours went by, they had almost given up;

When a noise from the fireplace caused Ron to jump.

He ran to the fireplace and pointed at the sight,

Then Ryan jumped into the chair and said "He's right!"

Rachel could only stand and stare.

Hands over her mouth, she stayed right there.

Down the chimney came Santa with his bag full of gifts.

To the glee of these children, he couldn't resist.

So for those of you who say, he isn't real.
