We all worked on these all night!

To hide them all for the day,

When little ones would come to play.

Basket still full of eggs - I see.

Why, oh why, please tell me?

You didn't hide them this day,

Come on now what do you say?

Molly looked at the basket quite full.

Gave her ear a little pull.

Well, eggs lying on the ground,

When hidden may not be found.

No motion, no sound, no breath in kind
